Yes—your tax receipt is easy and automatic.
When you make a one-time online donation, your tax receipt is emailed to you right away.
If you’re a monthly donor, you’ll receive one consolidated tax receipt each February for the previous year.
You’re always in control of your monthly gift. You can change or cancel it at any time by calling 1 800 463 6886 or emailing donorcare@tvo.org. (Please allow up to 10 business days for changes to take effect.)
For information about Pre-Authorized Debit agreements (PAD) and your cancellation rights, you can also contact your financial institution or visit payments.ca.
