You're Invited to a Special Screening of The Fruit Machine
On Thursday, September 27th, TVO invites you to an exclusive screening of The Fruit Machine - a first-hand look at the Canadian RCMP's 1950s campaign aimed at identifying and dismissing every gay person employed in Canada's public service. Written and directed by Sarah Fodey, this feature-length documentary investigates the lasting impact of these policies on the lives of the men and women affected. Following the screening, join us for a moderated guest panel discussion.
